The postpartum period is a time of vulnerability, exhaustion, elation, and healing. After struggling with my own recovery from an 80-hour labor, I understand just how important this time is for nourishment. Using my nutrition background, my love for comfort food, and my desire to help new parent(s), I will create meals especially suited for this sacred time.

After initial contact and assessment, I will send you an estimated quote, a sample menu, and food preference questionnaire. All dietary restrictions happily accommodated!

Personal chef service includes:

  • Consultation to tailor service to client’s taste preferences, nutritional needs, and availability 

  • Creating weekly meal plans that will optimize seasonal and local ingredients, with specific emphasis on nutrient dense, anti-inflammatory, and lactation supportive foods

  • Shopping for all groceries

  • Cooking and storing all meals at client’s house

  • Cleaning, organizing, and inventorying kitchen space

  • Nutritional guidance and support through individual assessments, upon request
